I still think RRM will be a useful tool for what I want to accomplish but have not been able to define it clearly enough yet.  So for the time being I am going to suspend my activity on this blog until I can better explain and position its purpose.

I turned on the television today. It sickens me what passes as entertainment. From Big brother 8 to Animal Cops to Fox News, the whole industry of television and entertainment seeks to destroy the delicate fabric of our moral and ethical collective conscience and reduce it to a single moment of insanity that can best be described as getting flashed in the park by the neighborhood nut-job. Now I know the world is not perfect, oh, far from it. It is a seething cauldron of waste that spreads it shit every chance it gets. But somewhere out there in this demented world we live in is goddamn human decency and for once I would like to see its head breaching through the vagina of what was once mother earth. I know all hope seems lost from the Iraq war to execution style killings in the name of boredom we see every day, but today, just for a moment, I wanted to escape into the simple pleasure of television sitcom, but found, instead, two chefs threatening each other with knives over a bruised pear and a woman who starved her horse simply because she forgot to feed it.

My very first post to RRM and it has the word vagina in it.  Allrighty then. 

Get it all out Howard Beale (great name by the way).  You’re down right poetic when you’re pissed. Your fits are welcome here any time. You’re  right, of course, and helpless to do a thing to change the situation. So here’s my anti-affirmation for you.
